# Crescent Roll Veggie Bar ## Ingredients - [ ] 2 pkgs. crescent rolls - [ ] 2 (8 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese - [ ] 1 pkg. dry Hidden Valley Ranch Dressing mix - [ ] 1 cup mayonnaise or salad dressing - [ ] 3/4 cup each of 5-6 of the following (finely chopped): - [ ] Broccoli - [ ] Cauliflower - [ ] Onions - [ ] Green peppers - [ ] Mushrooms - [ ] Tomato - [ ] Carrots - [ ] 3/4 cup cheddar cheese, shredded ## Steps 1. Unroll and pull apart crescent rolls. Lay them on a cookie sheet or jelly roll pan. 2. Bake as directed on the package. 3. Let cool for 10 minutes. 4. Mix cream cheese, dressing mix, and mayonnaise together. Spread over the baked dough. 5. Sprinkle with the finely chopped vegetables. 6. Top with shredded cheddar cheese and press down gently. 7. Cut into 1" x 2" bars. 8. Chill before serving. **Note:** This can also be made in two 9" x 13" pans.
