# Mushroom Appetizers
## Ingredients
- [ ] 12 stuffing mushrooms, cleaned and stems removed (chop stems)
- [ ] 1/2 cup bread crumbs
- [ ] 3 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese
- [ ] 1 clove garlic, minced
- [ ] 1 tbsp chopped parsley
- [ ] 1 small onion, chopped
- [ ] 2 tbsp olive oil
- [ ] Chopped mushroom stems
## Steps
1. Preheat oven to 550°F.
2. In a bowl, mix together bread crumbs, Parmesan cheese, garlic, parsley, onion, olive oil, and chopped mushroom stems.
3. Fill the mushroom caps with the mixture and place them in an oven-safe dish sprayed with cooking spray.
4. Bake for 20 minutes until golden and bubbly.
