# Reuben Roll
## Ingredients
- [ ] 1 package refrigerated pizza dough
- [ ] 4 oz. sliced pastrami
- [ ] 2 tbsp Russian salad dressing
- [ ] 1/2 cup drained sauerkraut
- [ ] 3 oz. shredded Swiss cheese
## Steps
1. Preheat oven to 400°F.
2. Unroll the pizza dough on a flat surface.
3. Spread pastrami over the dough, leaving a 1/2-inch border around the edges.
4. Evenly spread Russian dressing over the pastrami.
5. Layer sauerkraut over the dressing, then sprinkle with shredded Swiss cheese.
6. Roll up the dough from a long side, pinching the seam to seal.
7. Tuck the ends under and pinch to seal.
8. Place seam-side down on a greased baking sheet.
9. Bake in the bottom third of the oven for 20-23 minutes until golden brown.
10. Slice crosswise into 7-8 appetizer-sized pieces or 4 meal-sized servings.
