# Salmon Appetizers
## Ingredients
- [ ] 8 oz. fat-free cream cheese, at room temperature
- [ ] 15 oz. can salmon, drained and mashed
- [ ] 1 tbsp salsa
- [ ] 1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
- [ ] 1/4 tsp ground cumin
- [ ] 8 (8") flour tortillas
## Steps
1. In a bowl, combine the cream cheese, mashed salmon, salsa, parsley, and ground cumin.
2. Spread 2 tbsp of the salmon mixture evenly over each tortilla.
3. Roll up each tortilla tightly and wrap in plastic wrap.
4. Refrigerate for 4-8 hours.
5. Slice into 1-inch pieces and serve.
