# Taco Pizza
## Ingredients
- [ ] 2 (8 oz.) tubes refrigerated crescent rolls
- [ ] 1 (8 oz.) package cream cheese, softened
- [ ] 1 (8 oz.) cup sour cream
- [ ] 1 1/2 lb. ground beef
- [ ] 1 envelope taco seasoning mix
- [ ] 1 (2.25 oz.) can sliced ripe olives, drained
- [ ] 1 medium tomato, chopped
- [ ] 1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- [ ] 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- [ ] Shredded lettuce
- [ ] Chopped onion
- [ ] Chopped green pepper
## Steps
1. Preheat oven to 375°F.
2. Unroll crescent roll dough and place in an ungreased 15" x 10" x 1" baking pan. Flatten dough to fit the pan, sealing seams and perforations.
3. Bake for 8-10 minutes or until light golden brown. Let cool.
4. Blend cream cheese and sour cream (I add seasoned salt, garlic salt, and Worcestershire sauce for extra flavor). Spread over the cooled crust.
5. In a skillet, brown the ground beef and drain excess grease.
6. Stir in taco seasoning and add water according to package directions. Simmer for 5 minutes.
7. Spread the seasoned beef over the cream cheese layer.
8. Top with shredded cheddar and mozzarella cheese, chopped tomatoes, olives, lettuce, onion, and green pepper.
9. Cut into serving-size pieces and enjoy!
