# Original Cheese Ball
## Ingredients
- [ ] 8 oz. package cream cheese, softened
- [ ] 8 oz. package Roquefort cheese, softened
- [ ] 8 oz. package Old English cheese, softened
- [ ] 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- [ ] 1 tbsp minced onion
- [ ] 1 tbsp chopped green olives
- [ ] Dash of garlic (or 1/3 clove, minced)
- [ ] Dash of Tabasco sauce
- [ ] 1/2 cup chopped pecans or other nuts (for cheese ball)
- [ ] 1/2 cup chopped nuts (for rolling)
- [ ] Chopped parsley (for rolling)
## Steps
1. In a bowl, mix together cream cheese, Roquefort cheese, Old English cheese, Worcestershire sauce, minced onion, green olives, garlic, and Tabasco sauce until well combined.
2. Stir in 1/2 cup of chopped pecans or other nuts.
3. Shape into a ball.
4. Roll the cheese ball in the reserved chopped nuts and chopped parsley until evenly coated.
5. Refrigerate until firm.
