# Sauerkraut Balls ## Ingredients - [ ] 12 oz. can corned beef or 10 oz. dried beef, chopped - [ ] 8 oz. package cream cheese, softened - [ ] 1 tsp onion, finely chopped - [ ] 16 oz. package or can sauerkraut, drained and chopped - [ ] Flour (for coating) - [ ] Evaporated milk (for coating) - [ ] Breadcrumbs (for coating) ## Steps 1. In a bowl, mix together the chopped corned or dried beef, softened cream cheese, finely chopped onion, and drained sauerkraut until well combined. 2. Refrigerate the mixture for 30 minutes to firm up. 3. Roll the mixture into small balls. 4. Roll each ball in flour, then dip in evaporated milk, and finally coat with breadcrumbs. 5. Deep fry until golden brown and crispy. 6. Drain on paper towels and serve warm. Makes approximately 40 sauerkraut balls.
