# Spinach Balls Appetizer
## Ingredients
- [ ] 1 cup sour cream
- [ ] 1 cup seasoned bread crumbs
- [ ] 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- [ ] 2 eggs, slightly beaten
- [ ] 1/8 tsp nutmeg
- [ ] 1 package frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained
## Steps
1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
2. In a bowl, mix together sour cream, bread crumbs, Parmesan cheese, eggs, nutmeg, and thawed, drained spinach. Blend well.
3. Shape mixture into 1-inch balls.
4. Place on a lightly greased cookie sheet.
5. Bake for 15 minutes until firm and lightly golden.
6. Serve warm.
**Yield:** 3 to 3 1/2 dozen spinach balls.
